  • 1.  Changed Domains - Now Altiris Deployment Server Won't Open

    We were swollowed by the state education department. I didn't realise that a domain account was used for the database. Now, I can't open Altiris as the account has been removed. I don't have access to AD. Is it possibe to reset the user account for the database?

    If you are talking about Symantec Management Console where you are using a DS, then try this KB Article to manually reset Application Identity account
