Before cracking open the flow, I'd first check the SD profile in Process Manager (this will be under Admin - Data - Lists and Profiles or Admin - Data - Application Properties), under IncidentManagement

I tryed to edit the lists and profiles, but it's not working.

I tryed to edit admin/data/Hierarchydata service, but my changes don't appear in the submitincident(advanced)

Is showed just the default itens.

Hierarchy Data Services will change or add to the Classification of the incident but won't change the type. The only place that I've been able to change them is in the forms specifically.

I have had to change this as well and had to do it inside the forms but you need to remember that you need to change it in more than one place. You need to change it in SD.Feeder.TechnicianIncidentForms by clicking on the "Create Incident" form component in the Primary Model and then opening the Type element on the form. Under the Functinality tab you should see "Items". Clicking the elipses (...) will allow you to add or edit the items in the list. Save, publish and that's one down. You would also need to change them in the IncidentManagement workflow on the Incident Resolution form and maybe even in the SD.FeederGeneralIncidentSubmitForms, I can't recall at this point (I've modified ours so heavily I dont' have the original handy to verify). Hope this helps a little.
