I just setup a trial of Encryption Management Server and we are not receiving emails as the default from address needs to be changed. The below Symantec documentation states that you need to contact techincal support to make the changes, but support is unavailable for a trial product. Can anyone provide the steps to make the necessary changes? Thanks in advance.

To make those changes it requires PGP commandline access and should be familiar with Linux.
