Hi everyone ,

We encountered an interesting error.After chrome browser update, some users have not started to open browser.This problem is experienced in about 6 out of 150 users.All users who have problems are active with the DLP & ICT & SEP agent and the same version as everyone else.The problem is solved when we remove a DLP agent or sep agent.The Problem is resolved permanently only when we remove a SEP or DLP agent.

DLP versiyon : 15.5 .0.170.15

SEP version : 14.2  build 1023

Open a support case and have them review it.

I would open a case with SYMC.. 

Though one  thing to look at is if you have some Registry Controls around Chome Plugins being installed. I have seen it in some environments where there are Domain or System related Regex controls that block the installation of plugins into Chrome or the registry. As a esult blokcing the proper installation of the Agents. 

Also make sure that you are Installing this using an Adminsitraotor Command propmt, not an elevate user account. Try to do it manually on those machines and see what they do.

We've disabled Chrome (https) in Agent Configuration and are currently connecting user.

we tried to config with Administrator Command prompt but not solved

we have no problems when we updated the chrome new version( (73.0.3683.86 )
