  • 1.  CIS Benchmark Template for CCS

    We are currently running CCS 9.0.1 and will be upgrading in February to the latest version.  

    We are looking for a template for Windows 7 machines, like the CIS standard - is this available?  Would it be with an update?  Thanks!

    Hi,

    I would like to inform you that CIS standard for Windows 7 is available in latest version of CCS (10.5) and is named as "CIS Security Configuration Benchmark for Windows 7 v1.1.0."  Once you upgrade your existing CCS 9 version to CCS 10.5, request you to please download the latest hotfix that is PCU_2011-4.

    Note:  This hotfix is cumulative so that you don’t have to install the older hotfix.

    Hotfix Name: PCU_2011-4

    I have attached the release notes of this particular hotfix for your reference.  Request you to go to page number 42 and also read enhancement section for new standards.
