    Hello,

     

    One of the users has reported Cisco any connect disconnection issue, our network team has troubleshot the issue with Cisco they have observed that user facing this disconnection issue due to Symantec End Point Protection driver is conflicting.  Below is the details.

     

    The following conflicting system drivers were found that could cause issues:

    1. Conflicts caused by the following driver:
      • This driver is part of the Symantec End Point Protection suite and can cause access right issues for the Anyconect client If you\'re seeing such issues try disbaling this driver and then testing the connection attempt.

     - name : Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.6306.6100.105 Settings Manager
    - State : Running
    - Status : OK

    1. Conflicts caused by the following driver:
      • This driver is part of the Symantec End Point Protection suite and can cause access right issues for the Anyconect client If you\'re seeing such issues try disbaling this driver and then testing the connection attempt.

     - name : Symantec Real Time Storage Protection x64
    - State : Running
    - Status : OK

    1. Conflicts caused by the following driver:
      • This driver is part of the Symantec End Point Protection suite and can cause access right issues for the Anyconect client If you\'re seeing such issues try disbaling this driver and then testing the connection attempt.

     - name : Symantec Real Time Storage Protection (PEL) x64
    - State : Running
    - Status : OK

    1. Conflicts caused by the following driver:
      • This driver is part of the Symantec End Point Protection suite and can cause access right issues for the Anyconect client If you\'re seeing such issues try disbaling this driver and then testing the connection attempt.

     - name : Symantec ELAM Driver
    - State : Stopped
    - Status : OK

    1. Conflicts caused by the following driver:
      • This driver is part of the Symantec End Point Protection suite and can cause access right issues for the Anyconect client If you\'re seeing such issues try disbaling this driver and then testing the connection attempt.

     - name : Symantec Iron Driver
    - State : Running
    - Status : OK

    1. Conflicts caused by the following driver:
      • This driver is part of the Symantec End Point Protection suite and can cause access right issues for the Anyconect client If you\'re seeing such issues try disbaling this driver and then testing the connection attempt.

    - State : Running
    - Status : OK

     

    Please suggest whats to be done further.

    Have you tried with the latest version, either 12.1.6 MP7 or SEP 14 MP1?

    You're running an old version.

    Is this means 12.1.6 MP1 has a problem?

    Very well may. You're running a very old version of 12.1.
