    Hello there,

We are mid size bussiness to support 400 machines over 20 locations. 25% of those machines are infected by high end malware ( BIOS rootkits). Which product is the best to help us clean those machines? Which is the best method to use? Please give us a solution and a quote for this effort.

    Thanks a lot.

Hope to hear from you soon.

You will need to clean the systems before installing our AV product.

Try using our Power Eraser tool to clean the systems first.

For your size environment, look into SEP 11 Endpoint Protection. You can download a free 30 day trial to test the product.

For rootkits i would recommend SERTS.

I believe you need a Symantec product license to have access to the SERT tool.
