Infected events flag computers as infected. Once you have verified that a computer is not infected, you can clear the infected status of the computer on the Computer Status Logs page.

Title: 'How to clear an erroneous "Still Infected" status from Reports in the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager'
    Document ID: 2007111913145448

To clear the incorrect "Still Infected" status:

Choose Monitors from the left hand panel, and click on the Logs tab.
For Log Type, choose Computer Status.
Choose the appropriate time range, then choose View Log.
On the report that is generated, select any item that has a red diamond in the first column that has been verified as cleaned.
    Click Clear Infected Status.

Items should no longer erroneously be identified as infected

To add to what prachand said, if you want to clear the flag on multiple computers at the same time, you can click onthe drop down manu and select "All", that will select all the log entries. Now, if you click on clear infected status, all the computers will be cleared at the same time.

Worked nicely, and glad to see that I am visible again.
