  • 1.  Clearing infected status from Computer Status Logs method

    Hi,

    We currently use SEP 11.0.5002.333, and I find that the method for searching for only the infected computers is very cumbersome.   We have 550 clients currently on our system and I have to page through and through every single page of 20 clients each before I get to the infected one, and then clear the status.  Is there an option to show ONLY the infected machines, or an easier way of identifying infected machines to quickly clear the status instead of pressing the forward arrow-button?  What happens when we go to 1000 clients?  Or 2500 clients?  Has this been resolved in version 6?

    In Monitor Logs Tab in the SEPM Click in Advanced Settings and then you get an option "How would you like to view this log?" and then the Limit(towards the bottom).

    The Limit can be chages to 1000.

    From Selected Box select all and then Click in "Clear Infected Status".
