    I want to connect some clients with test server for testing.

    how can i move these client from production server to test, so i can start testing?

    You can export the the sylink communication file from your test Symantec Manager and import in those clients which you need to communicate with test Server.

    export communication setting from sepm and import on your test client

    open you sepm

    policies, at the bottom select export commuication setting

    take the sylink file

    on the client, start - run 

    smc -stop

    replace

    and smc -start

    If you're on 12.1.2 or higher, you can simply do this from the SEPM, follow the steps here:
