  • 1.  Client defs not updating

System was working fine up until a few weeks ago.  This is a small office running SEP 11.01.

SEP was set to push defs to clients.  I have also changed to pull from SEPM, but issue remains.

I ran LUALL on SEPM and get error: 'An Unexpected exception has occurred. [Site: <site name>] [Server: <server name>]' over and over.  SEPM does update Ok once in the middle of the night though.

    Any ideas?

The first important thing is You a very old version of SEP. Please upgrade to SEP RU5

Migrating to Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0 RU5
