  • 1.  Client installed but fails to connect to agent

    This is a win 10 home clean installation - manufacturer clean anyway... And it is always trying to connect to the agent.. and if you try and run the network test it says failed to start the communications test. 

    This is a out of the box laptop nothing unusual. We do this all the time with Win 10 pro systems but only this one is home.. Is this significant.. It's pretty tricky even to work out whethr home is supported... 

    There is very little info on the web about this.. I don;t know what to look for in resolving this.. presumably communications are blocked but the laptop connects to the internet and evrything else works fine

    Any clues?
