    Virus defintion is not update on my client.

    Last defintion updated with 9-oct-2014 r16. Other clients and server is updated.

    No issue in client server communication.

    run the symhelp utility to find the issue

    If it's one client . Easy way would be repairing it. Or running a rapid release

    Thanks. Runned the symhelp and found the defintion is corrupt.

    SymHelp will quickly check for content definition corruption, disk space usage (including, particularly, the virus definition directory), service status as well as SEP client to manager communications.  This is the fastest way to identify which direction of troubleshooting is most relevant in the case of definition update failure.
