    Greetings!

     

    I am trying to understand why the client only install is failing. I see the return code is 23. What is that?

    I believe this related to the fact that it believes we are using Korean.

    What file did you download to do the install?  Is this client a reduced size SEP client?

    I downloaded the Sep64_To_758_EN.zip file. I used the 3929 exe. I am not the only one that has this issue. Another post I found after this one has the same issue.

    Hi,

    Try with another Sep64_To_758_XX.zip language !

    it works for me.

    I first downloaded the EN (I thought it was only the language of the GUI) and got the same error ( Return Code: 23)

    But my W10 and my SEP are in a different language.

    Using the appropriate language it works as expected.
