on Client systems oulook not get coonect, when SEP 11 MR 4 MP 2 is online... once stop SEP services quickly get connect outlook ..in SEP policy outllok acccess is lredy allowed ...no any block showing in SEP logs ( Network Access Control)

Can you tell us which is the version you are using If it is not RU5(11.0.5xxx.xx) upgrade it to RU5 . 

You can also try by installing only AV/AS in that pc

Check the logs.. find out whether outlook/smtp/pop3 is blocked by SEP.

Also remove antivirus mail protection any try....
you can do that by going to add or remove programs and select SEP change... then select modify option... 

After that try to access outlook.. it should work...

as already mention, i am not getting any Block in SEP logs, but once SEP services get stop its working fine...
 this issue i am facing for particular location only.

Go to add/remove programs select symantec endpoint protection .Click on change select modify option in the wizard remove network threat protection and proactive threat protection and install .Check after that ..

 

In our envirment, using Network Access Controler, Proactive Threads Protection so outlook has should be get connect as per Firewall rule.

I suggested you to install only AV/AS is to confirm is it the problem with firewall or not .You  can also check in event viewer for any entry..
