Endpoint Protection

I want to enable autoupgrade but am confused on a couple points. Lets say a container holds x32 and x64 bit systems--if I put a x32bit package and a x64 bit package, will it know to upgrade the system with the correct package? e.g. a 32 bit system will load the 32 bit installation SEP client package?

Put both versions in there. The client will know will know which version to select based on it's OS bits.
