  • 1.  Clients are all showing as Checking for new tasks, but not getting new tasks

    It appears that my clients are all getting stuck with the status "Checking for new tasks" but when new tasks are sent out, they don't seem to be getting them unless I manually check for tasks.  I am on 7.1 SP2 and this started after the upgrade.  I have tried clearing the .XML files from the task folder in the agent and reset and updated the agents.  Any ideas?

    Unsure if it might be related but support could tell you more about the related eTrack.

    Client Task Agent shows multiple running tasks. No new tasks accepted.

    This is resolved with the newest SP2V3 rollup.

    Do you have multiple Site Servers?

    This is a problem with the Task server try upgrading it or just re-install it.

    Try to  get the tasks set up on another packaging server and see if it works.
