I am having an odd problem with my Enpoint Management Console.  I have about 40 citrix servers with endpoint installed on them in their own group.  For some reason 3 servers don't always show up on the console.  Them seem to rotate, meaning I will never see all three on the management console at once.  I will only see 1 of the three at a time, but then later on in the day that particualar server will disappear and a different server will show up.  I have upgraded the clients and management console to RU5 and that didn't make a difference.  I have tried to reinstall the clients and that didn't make a difference.  Each client is checking in and recieving updates on time, but I just can't see them all at once.  I will not be able to see more than 38 servers at a time.  I have changed the display filter to 100 so that shouldn't be the problem.  They have the correct policy serial numbers.  I have other groups that are all function well, it just seems to be these three particular servers.  Any ideas?

I'm seeing a similar issue on my end, but with workstations.  I got a couple of trojan alerts this morning on different systems.  I went looking for them in the clients pane of the SEPM, but couldn't find the one I was looking for.  I moved back and forth through the list 2-3 times, and then suddenly there it was.  I thought at first I just missed it, but later I had another client not show up in the list.  That time, the first one was there, but the new one I wanted was nowhere to be found.  Later, it appeared in the list again.

Try opening the client on the server in question, and click “help and support” in the upper right,  then “troubleshooting” you should be able to see if the Management server is set to “Online” (If it is, you’ll see and IP or hostname) if not, it will say
“offline” Try clicking “Update Policy” and wait about 2-3 minutes.
Also, try checking the policy number VS. what you see in the container you created for this client in the SEPM console.
If they differ, you may need to export the communication settings for that group, (Sylink.xml file) and drop it into the Symantec Endpoint Protection directory.

Make sure before you do that you stop the SMC service.

    Start--Run

    smc -stop

    smc- start

I have logged onto the servers to check if their policy serial numbers match and they do.  I have clicked update policy and nothing changes.  When in the management console I can keep clicking refresh and every time I do one of the 3 servers disappears and another comes on.  Eventhough they all have the same policy serial numbers as the containers and show they are online on the clients.
