  • 1.  Clients not getting updated beyond 31st Dec rev:xxx

    Hi Guru,
    There are around 350 clients having virus def date of 31st Dec rev:xxx.While around 350 machines are updating to latest virus def . I am observing this since last 5 days.
    Please suggest some solution on same..

    This is a known issue.
    Which is the version u are using?
    Try by running liveupdate 3 times in SEPM.(Predecting that your SEPM can directly contact Internet)

    Security Content for Symantec Endpoint Protection clients and Symantec Endpoint Protection Managers are dated Dec 31 2009 even when using the latest definitions
