Cloning Technician incident form breaks category selection

    Hi!

    Anyone else have ran into problems when cloning technician incident form. After cloning everything else works fine but when I try to select category for incident by moving mouse over the "please select classification" it doesn't pop-up any selection.

    I took look at some logs and looks like cloning the workflow leaves some important data behind but haven't figured out what.

    Any suggestions on how to get things rolling?
