Hi

We can no longer it seems send emails to any message lab servers?

We just get 421 Service Temporarily Unavailable

Our main server which has issues is on IP 109.200.8.28

Checked for email volume, SPF and blacklisting all seem clean and correct.

Can you help in any way?

Typically when you see an error like that it usually means the sending IP is being throttled by our services.

I've checked the IP you have given however and can see that this is not the case.

Can you give me a couple of example mails to investigate. I'd need sender, recipient, date, time and subject. Also if you have any extracts from your SMTP logs showing the connection attempts these would be useful too.

Can you also 100% confirm that the IP you provided is the IP that mail is connecting to us from?
