    how I migrate aur upgrade sepm from privious version to new? can automatically copied all clients after upgradation?

    The auto upgrade does not help in the version 14.0 MP2. Due to some or the other reasons. I am trying to identify how to fix this.

    I hope this is fixed in the later version.

    plz provide me any graphicals views of upgrade clents into new version because we have more 2000 clients in sepm.

    if possible to give any graphical view.

    For upgrading SEPM, a Symantec employee did one:

    For clients, there are no graphical steps. There are a few different ways to upgrade clients, which is usually done silently via Auto-Upgrade or another third party tool.

    What i do when any clients all communication port blocked through antivirous?

    client already installed antivirous, when any threats find , then it creates network and communication port block.

    plz suggest , how i unblock port without unistalling antivirous.

    I'm not really following but if you're talking about the firewall then you need to create a rule to allow the traffic that is being blocked.

    Please check the logs and see what is the rule that is trigerring the alert.

    Check the "Firewall" rules and Allow that traffic OR that particular port.
