  • 1.  Computer Properties Values not Populating

    Good Afternoon,

     

    I'm in the middle of transitioning from Altiris 6.9 to Ghost Solution Suite 3.1.  I'm running into a weird issue, my machine all ghost just fine and are working great.  However if I go in to check the properties on a machine some of them aren't showing things like how much RAM they have or their HD and space available etc.  Has anyone else run into this?  I added screenshot belows, but hoping someone may have encoutnered this.  Thank you!

    I wonder if WMI is somehow broken on these systems. Are you able to download something like WMI Explorer or even sample WMI code to read the amount of RAM, etc, and run it on these machines to see if the WMI returns valid values?

    Good suggestion,

    I went to check that out, however my repository seems to be consistent, and when I do a "wmic MEMORYCHIP" command it comes up with the information.

    The other odd thing is, it's reporting most of the items with the exception of RAM and Hard drive information.
