  • 1.  Computers not scanned report incorrect

    We run the Computers Not Scanned Report each week over the time range of "Past week".

    The reports keeps listing machines as not scanned that clearly are current in the SEPM console.

    What is this report talking about?

    What is the exact version of the SEPM and "problem" clients?

    Do you mean these clients have been scanned and show that they have been according to the SEPM?

    They are all on 12.1 RU6 MP6.

    The console indicates that they have been scanned yet a few keep showing up in the report as not having been scanned for over a week.

    If you set a custom time range and pick the dates to be from say 4/9 to today and run it, do these clients still show up? Or delete a problem client and let it check back in. Run the report again and see if it shows up.
