Network Access Control

We are using a DHCP Enforcer along with SNAC for testing.  I want to enforce that any system that gets an IP address from our DHCP server must have the current version of SEP11 installed.  I have found this feature and enabled it.  However, is this going to force SEP11 on all systems even guest users on our network?  This can cause issues....

Also, what is best practice for Check Host Integrity every:  ?  I have changed to to 1 hour but is that the client itself or does the request always come from the SEPM?
