    Hope this help

Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) Content Distribution Monitor / Group Update Provider (GUP) monitoring tool

    http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH156558

Note: Copy the files "sepm_monitor.jar" and "SepmMonitorTool.bat" into the Tools folder on the SEPM installation path before you start

Jusy clarifing by you meanin you copied "sepm_monitor.jar" and "SepmMonitorTool.bat" into the SEPM installation folder and then tools? if not please copy it then run it from there for more data to be displayed follow the steps below

Steps to enable Apache Logs on each SEPM server:

2)In httpd.conf file, enable access and error logging. Also set LogLevel to info.

Error log: Uncomment #ErrorLog "|| bin/rotatelogs.exe logs/error-%Z.log 100M", change log file name format and log rotation to 24 hours.
