    Hi, 

    Our mail server had a small spam issue and is now unable to send to your servers, could you review the below IP's for us they are no longer listed on any BL's

    status=deferred (connect to cluster3.eu.messagelabs.com[194.106.220.35]:25: Connection timed out)

     

    Server IP's :

    88.208.220.177
    88.208.221.126
    88.208.220.102
    88.208.221.216
    88.208.222.165
    88.208.222.192

    Hi stevetoza,

    I reviewed the IPs you provided and connections from them to the Symantec cloud infrastructure should now be successful.
