    Hi,

    my customer dont'send emails to domain that use messagelabs as mail server.

    In my system log see:

    connect to cluster4a.eu.messagelabs.com[85.158.139.103]:25: Connection timed out

    My public IP is 52.17.6.22 and not blacklisted in DNSBL or RBL lists

    can you tell me what is the problem?

    Hi Luciano,

    First thing I must inform you is that we do not relay any emails through cluster4a.eu.messagelabs.com as this is a honey trap for spammers, the primary inbound route for customers provisioned on that cluster should be cluster4.eu.messagelabs.com. So there MX records will be set as followed:

    10 cluster4.eu.messagelabs.com

    20 cluster4a.eu.messagelabs.com

    I have also reset your reputation for your IP 52.17.6.22 accross our whole infrastructure and also this IP is not listed on our internal Blacklist. Therefore you will have no issues connecting to us anymore, however please do not connect to cluster4a.eu.messagelabs.com in future as this is a spam honeytrap and not used for relaying email.
