    Hallo zusammen,

     

    es scheint so als wäre die IP meines vServers bei Ihnen geblacklisted. Ich bekomme immer wieder diese Fehlermeldung:

     

    connect to cluster5a.eu.messagelabs.com[85.158.139.103]:25: Connection refused

     

    Dies ist die IP Adresse meines Servers: 213.136.80.52

     

    Könnten Sie dies einmal prüfen?

    Hi,

    Apologies for only replying in English, but I will now takes steps to remove the IP 213.136.80.52 from our internal Blacklist.

    I will update you once it has been removed.

    Hi,

    Also I should let you know that you should not need to connect to cluster5a.eu.messagelabs.com as that is a secondary MX record and connections to that MX may be blocked, customers using that cluster should have cluster5.eu.messagelabs.com as their primary.

    Hi,

    I can now confirm that I have now removed the IP 213.136.80.52 from our internal Blacklist and I have also reset the confidence of that IP accross all our towers.


    This will fix the issue and you will no longer get issues sending emails from that IP to our customers.


    If your happy. Please set this thread as resolved to prevent other people adding to it.
