    Hello,

    One of our clients is getting the following bounceback errors:

    TPreiswerk@ctc.ch
       host cluster8.eu.messagelabs.com [85.158.137.19]
       SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
       501 Connection rejected by policy [7.7] 3908, please visit
    www.messagelabs.com/support for more details about this error message.
     MHeierli@ctc.ch
       host cluster8.eu.messagelabs.com [85.158.137.19]

    We have tried the blacklist removal tool availible here:

    http://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/lookup/

    But does not seem to have helped. The IP address is 78.47.168.232

    Let me know if there is anything we can do from our end to help get this removed.

    Hi Gamze,

    I have found that the IP 78.47.168.232 is listed on our internal blacklist. I will take steps to get this removed and let you know once completed.

    Hi Gamze,

    I can now confirm that I have now removed the IP 78.47.168.232 from our internal Blacklist and reset the confidence of that IP accross all our towers.

    This has now fixed the isseue and you will no longer get issues sending emails from that IP to our customers.
