    Hello,

    One of our clients is getting the following bounceback errors:

    SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
    501 Connection rejected by policy [7.7] 4606, please visit
    www.messagelabs.com/support for more details about this error message.

    We have tried the blacklist removal tool availible here:

    http://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/lookup/

    But does not seem to have helped. The IP address is 64.191.166.23

    Let me know if there is anything we can do from our end to help get this removed.

    We have invetigated and the IP you supplied is on SORBS blacklist.

    Please have the IP removed from sorbs and we will then be able to remove it from our block list.

    Sorry for the delay. 64.191.166.23 is no longer listed on any blacklists:

    We also have another IP, 64.191.166.26 that appears to be listed with you but not on any blacklists:

    Hi Casey.

    I can now confirm that I have now removed the IP 64.191.166.26 (Please allow one hour propagation time for the IP to be completely removed from our infrastructure) from our internal Blacklist and reset the confidence of that IP accross all our towers.

    This has now fixed the isseue and you will no longer get issues sending emails from that IP to our customers.

    Please set this thread as resolved.

    we also have 64.191.166.9 that is showing as being blocked.

    Hi Casey,

    I can confirm that we are not blocking the IP 64.191.166.9, however 64.191.166.23 is listed on our internal blacklist. I will now take steps to get this removed.
