    My ip is 61.32.9.79, but Connection timeout to cluster6.us.messagelabs.com

    So I accessed the http://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/lookup/

    and tried to search the reputation but it appears that there is no problem.

    (The IP address you submitted, 61.32.9.79

    does not have a negative reputation and therefore cannot be submitted for investigation.)

     

    The following statement is telnet test log.

    Help me fix this problem.

    Hi

    I checked the IP you referenced and I can see that this has had a high level of throttling applied to it which would reject the connections to our services as you have been seeing. This is most likely as this IP has been compromised in the past and was relaying spammy content.

    I have now removed the throttling so you should not see any further issues with this.
