    I'm using Symantec Content Encryption (SMG) and it´s working fine.

    The time that the message is accesible in the secure portal is 30 days.

    Is this time customizable or is fixed???

    Hi,

    It depends which Content Encryption service you are utilizing. Service A will allow you to request an extension up to 60 days, while Service B is locked onto 30 days. You can access the forms via the SMG appliance under the Content Encryption section.
