File Share Encryption

Kindly i need support urgently, we have about 12 External HDD WD x 1 TeraByte, we encrypted all using passphrase and eject disk before completeing the encryption process (~ 0.11%), then plug disk again to ensure that it's correctly encrypted, but continues message displayed to enter passphrase with no success, strange things that, i cancel two times then following message has different title " ... USB Disk ~~", this time is accepted, but hdd still cannot be accessed ...

Trying to format hdd, display windows was unable to format..

Please explain "eject disk before completeing the encryption process (~ 0.11%)."  It sounds like you may be stopping the WDE encryption before it is completed.

Thanks for your interesting, "Eject" mean unplugging the External HDDs (Remove It), really i remove the hdd before completing the pgp ecryption because it take too much time to be completed for encrypting Blank HDD with 1000GB

I'm thinking the difficulty may be the result of this understandably desired, but unusual behavior.  Maybe it would work if you are using PGP's option of power failure protection (but using this option increases the time necessary for the disk's encryption) and/or pausing the encryption before removing the drive from your system.

I suspect you can do the encryption of the drive overnight, but regardless, it is okay to pause the encryption if needed, and it is okay to use the system while the disk is being encrypted.
