  • 1.  convert computer mode to user mode

    Dears,

    I am trying to convert all clients on the SEPM from computer mode to user mode so i tried to delete the client from clients tab and then trying to restore communication with the SEPM and selecting policy mode user mode but its not working, your help are appreciated.

    Are you getting errors? What exactly is not working?

    Dear Brian,

     

    I know that from clients window we can click on a client and select switch to user mode, but we have many clients and we dont want to do that for each is there is another way to this per group for example ?

    I'd actually recommend using the MoveClient utilty to switch SEP clients from Computer Mode to USer Mode, en-masse.  The below article tells you how to do so:
