Is there an easy way to copy all of my existing reports in ServiceDesk?  I see how to do each report individually, but it would take a while to copy into a backup folder.  I would like to test some changes to the reports, but I didn't want to modify the original reports.  If I could copy all the reports to say a Dev folder, that would help speed things up.

    Thanks!

Open a report category, then click the lightning bolt on the top right.  Select Export Report Category.  Save it someplace.  Then create a new report category (Dev, for example).  Click the Add Report link on the right side (the paper with the plus sign) and select Import Reports.  Browse to your exported reports, and select import.  The exported category will be created as a subcategory of the newly created Dev category.

    That worked perfectly.  Thank you!
