  • 1.  Corrupt DLP Agent installation

    While I was testing, I upgrade DLP 11.5 agent to 12.0 successfully, but then I tried to uninstall, which went wrong. I tried to delete service using sc command which removed the service also delete the Registery entry. But now when I tried to install agent again it said agent already installed and give Repair or Uninstall option, and both these options also not working. 

    How can I install agent again ?

    Contact support and request the clean agent tool. It will remove not only the services but every other registry entry as well as the file structures. After running the tool and a reboot you will be able to do a reinstall of the agent.
