  • 1.  Could not create network share access folder

    Hi

    We trying to configure Network share folder access feature from available in Service Desk 7.5

    User successfully submitted requrest to access share folder, Manager will receive and approve that request but after sometime it give error below.

    After Manager approve share folder access How user will access that share folder,

    What is the error written to the logs (sd.requestaccesstonetworkshare .log) at the same time?

    Hi Toomas

    Kindly find attcah requested logs in the logs on the first line it is showing no share manager for this folder, but I already added share manager.

    This is the relevant part:

    Component Name: Add User To Share
    AD Error  Message:  Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))

    The user you use for AD apparently does not have permissions.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I done the approval process but whats next

    1) on the user side where User able to see share folder and for how much user can see share folder

    2) What about disconnect that share driver from user profile
