  • 1.  Creat Name PC and username

    Dear All!

    Now, my computer is using system Synmantec Endpoint Protection with deployee below:

    1. Server Window 2008 R2 (installed domain: ABC.COM) and install Synmantec management

    2. All PC joint domain are ok

    3. On Client installed Synmantect Endpoint Protection

    so, I want ask you, let me know below

    a. I want add name PC to list pc as images

    You can install SEP to a system, up and running.

    if systems are imaged they will have same hardware id , so they wont show up in the console

    you need to delete the duplicate hardware ID

    delete the hwid , restart the client it will show up in the console
