    Hi All,

Not sure if anyone else has seen this and I only see it when I'm using a smaller screen, but when a user opens a create advanced ticket form there are no scrollbars so you can't see the submit or cancel buttons at the bottom of the form. Does anyone know how to fix this? Its realy a pain in the you know what.

    Servicedesk 7.1

    Workflow 7.1.14....

    Thanks

    Jen

You can have it pop up in a new windows that way the form isn't in a java frame. Goto to Admin -> Service Catalog Settings and browse for the link on the left hand side. Edit the form and check the Open in New Window.

    Hi Aryanos,

The open in a new window is checked.

Have you edited the form? You may have inadvertently resized the page so that buttons are left out.

    Toomas,

Yes I have edited the form. All the buttons are inside the form frame.

Can you please take a screenshot of the form when it's maximized?

You can try what etk1131 suggested in this thread:

    https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/change-size-virtual-windows

"Here's what I ended up doing for this.  Right or wrong it works. :)

On the Service Catalog Settings page, edit the Technician Incident Form.  Go to the WebPart Information Tab and check the Is Web Part box.  Then set your form height and width.  Save and close.  I don't think it requires a restart of IIS, but it probably wouldn't hurt."
