I want to ask if I could make automation in servicedesk. for example, if the hard drive is full at one of Altiris agent (server), smp will make automatic incident in servicedesk. how to do that?
There are probably many ways to do this, but the first that comes to mind is probably the easiest. I would set the SMP monitor policy to send an email to the servicedesk monitored inbox that will create a new incident with the pertinent information.
