Is there a way to have the support account password not expire or be able to create another account with the same support account privileges? I would like to have our enterprise monitoring system looking at CPU, memory and disk stats which can alert us by text/emails if it sees a problem. Having someone login to the SBG console to look at host stats is not what we want.
Thanks

Not that I know of. But take a look at SNMP monitoring. I'm monitoring:
CPU utils, memory, disk space (swap/user/root/tmp), network traffic by interface, queue depth (in/out delivery, deferred).
