I created a policy to block CD/DVD, but now I cannot mount a .ISO with Virtual CloneDrive. However, I can mount a .ISO with PowerISO. Anyone ever run into this? Anything to do about it?
Did you exclude vcd?

You can exclude by ID when using device control. What ID shows for vcd? You'll need to plug that in to exclusion section.
Well it's a piece of software. It's not a device.
Does SEP see it as a virtual drive, which has a device ID assigned to it? Otherwise, if it's software then did you create this using the application control piece?
I don't see it in the exclusion list. I created the policy under the policies>Application and Device Control tab. Can I add VCD into the "Application control" section?
