  • 1.  Creating CI's in Asset Management 7.0

    hi,

    I have installed a trial version of Asset Mangement7.0. when i try to create an configuration item am getting a following error.

    "The licence count for CMDB solution is exceeded. No of licences:10.  Used:0"

     

    Please suggest me in solving this issue.

    Hi Sandeep,

    can you try restarting Altiris Service and check if it works.

    Thanks Prasanna..

    The problem was with Lic file.. Its working fine.
