  • 1.  Creating an Instructional Cyber Security Document

I'm creating an instructional document for our users on cyber security. I was wandering if there are sample images of Symantec alerts, as well as general warnings, that are availble to use. I was hoping to show samples of what not to do and what to avoid if you see it. Thanks for any suggestions.

There really isn't a specific article for these. You're best off just searching the forum for these.

    Hello,

There isn't any specific document which can provide you with all the images of Symantec Notifications.

Unfortunately, as Brian highlighted above, you may need to search for the same.

Why not simply add the text / errors in your document - like below -

"Traffic from IP address 10.10.1.2 is blocked. (SID : 23179) MSRPC server service BO detected."

"traffic from ip address xxxxxxxxx is blocked"

"The incoming traffic from IP 86.69... is blocked from time to time+10 minutes. The service deny is logged"

"Traffic has been blocked from this application:  NTOSKRNL.EXE"

    Regards,

Thank you for the responses. I wanted to include visuals to cover more learning modalities.

Check out the Symantec eLibrary for SEP (it's free):

    https://techcenter.symantec.com/ecampus/enterprise?siteName=sena&courseNo=AT0900

You may be able to grab some good stuff from there.
