    HI There,

            I have a requirement in process manager portal. We are trying to assign a New Calendar for recording scheduled changes for a specific team in our organization. They will performing lot of Change Management and for this pupose, they record all the Scheduled Changes in the calendar in Service Desk.

           So, we have given permission to enter the Scheduled changes to be performed, on the Calendar in FSC Page and this has become much sluggy having lot of entries which is leading to confusion. So, we had a thought of creating a very new page which will include a New Calendar, where only that team will have permission to record the scheduled changes to be performed.

          We have tried to clone and add a New Calendar webpart, however, we were not successful as it was taking existing calendar itself. We have contacted Symnatec and they said, Calendar item is hard coded in workflow and will not be able to add a new calendar to the page.

     

         Can someone help us, as this is a critical requirement rightnow.
