Hello,
I have frequently questions from our managers to check status of new SWD tasks. I would like to create notification policy and short summary report, which displays following information in plain text, on one screen: name of software delivery task, number of computers installed/failed/not run. I couldn't find any report for this. Could you help me creating one?

Did you ever get a response to this? I am in a similar situation and am trying to build a report exactly like this. I am having trouble locating the right tables that show the correct status for the SWD tasks.

No, I did not.
Instead, I found built-in report, which displays info I need. Look under:
Reports > Software Management > Sofware Delivery > Windows > Client Software Delivery Task Status > Software Delivery Task - Summary

There is a nice View in the current versions of NS/SWD Inv_AeX_SWD_Execution_Summary which has logged on user, # of runs, exit code, success/fail, etc.

You'd need to create a new report utilizing this table. Last I checked (and I"m not on the current SWD Solution Service Pack), all of the canned SWD reports use a lot of legacy/deprecated views left over from NS 5.x and correspondingly are rather slow (though they do work). This table I referenced is very convenient. You can see it in the Resource Manager for a machine on the Inventory tab under Software Delivery Summary.
