    I'd like to create ADK in my environment (only standalone installation).

    I know how to add it to my user computers (Master Key tab) but I'm not sure how to create it. Is it supposed to be done through New Keyring and then new PGP Key, if so are there any properties it should have?

    Yes an ADK can be created from stand alone PGP Desktop using new key ring, One thing to make sure that new Key has all the usage flags enabled so it can used under Master keys tab for all your PGP desktop functionality.
