  • 1.  CRITICAL: OLD VIRUS DEFINITIONS

    Hi,

    We have had more than a month that the Virus Definition is not updated. I have already done several tests and nothing works and I do not know what else to do, could you help me?

    Confirm that port 8014 is enabled. 

    It's enabled that clients can be updated manually (and if they do, if we go to the client and press "LiveUpdate"), but also must be updated through SEPM and are not doing so.

    I attached an example of a system that has this problem.

    So all clients are affected? Download the SymDiag tool and run it on both an affected client as well as the SEPM.

    How is your LU policy configured?

    This is affecting approximately 96% of the total number of systems we have.
    I attach the images of how the LU policy is configured.
