Hello,

I want to know how can I customize the pop up message (notify and block) agent. I know that we can edit the text but i want to chage de icon, title message, and others.

Currenttly there is no easy way to do this.  In the past I have hacked together a solution but it didn't last via an upgrade/update of things.

All the text (including window title bar, title, button text, etc) can be altered in Advanced Agent Settings in Manage > Agents > Agent Configuration > Advanced Agent Settings. These should persist fine through upgrades.

The settings for Notify/Cancel (UI.NOTIFY_CANCEL), Notify (UI.MONITOR) and Notify/Block (UI.PREVENT) are separated, specifically for Notify/Block you'll want to look at;

UI.PREVENT_MSG_TITLE.str

UI.PREVENT_TITLEBAR.str

The below settings apply to all notifications;

'OK' button text - UI.BUTTON_OK.str

'OK to All button text - UI.BUTTON_OKTOALL.str

Text for justification field (Default 'Others:) - UI.USERINPUT_PROMPT.str

On the similar topic, Can we also change the case of the attributes used in the pop up message. So for eg: 

The text in the Display alert box is:

$CONTENT_TYPE$ "$CONTENT_NAME$" contains information that is restricted or highly sensitive.

And the pop up shows

print job "Test File" contains information that is restricted or highly sensitive.

I want it to display

Print job "Test File" contains information that is restricted or highly sensitive.

Are there any tags that would convert the case here?

The icons are not easy to change and as Johnathan pointed out earlier, will not survive an upgrade. Changing the graphics overall is not supported on either the endpoint or the Enforce console.
